Full-Time Job Summary Aerotek is hiring dependable and hardworking Material Handlers to support warehouse and industrial operations. This role involves moving, staging, and preparing materials for installation and project teams while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates are comfortable with physical work, inventory handling, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Move, stage, and transport inventory using a hand pallet jack Prepare and organize materials for installation and project teams Perform inventory counts and complete basic documentation and paperwork Use hand and power tools for general labor and support tasks Assist with loading, unloading, and positioning materials Safely handle heavy materials while following all safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support installation teams and on-site advisors as needed Inspect materials and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Follow company policies, safety standards, and attendance expectations Qualifications Prior material handling experience in a warehouse or industrial setting Ability to operate a hand pallet jack Comfortable performing physical labor and heavy lifting Experience with inventory counts and basic paperwork Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a large warehouse or industrial environment Steel-toe boots required Work Environment Large warehouse / industrial facility Physically active role involving standing, walking, lifting, and bending Team-oriented, safety-focused environment Why Work With Aerotek Full-time, stable employment Opportunity to work with leading industrial and warehouse clients Supportive recruiting and on-site guidance Potential for long-term growth and advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
