Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packaging, and shipping inventory while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance with company procedures. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring inventory is properly managed, orders are fulfilled accurately, and the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurately pick inventory parts according to pick sheets. Verify part numbers and quantities during the picking process. Record quantities picked and complete all required documentation accurately. Receive incoming inventory using the First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory method. Verify part numbers and quantities of incoming shipments and report discrepancies or damaged materials. Clean, inspect, and package finished goods in preparation for shipment. Adhere to established ISO procedures for inbound receipts, Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs), and Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs). Organize inventory and maintain proper shelving and storage locations. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment. Keep warehouse aisles, work areas, and storage locations free from debris. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge Required Basic computer skills, including file structure navigation and general computer usage. Ability to utilize time clock software and item-scanning systems. Understanding of inventory handling and warehouse procedures is preferred.
