Millwork Warehouse Associate

Company Overview ISP Millwork is a rapidly growing commercial and residential millwork company located in Ronkonkoma, NY. We specialize in high-end commercial interiors, luxury residential projects, hospitality environments, custom casework, panel systems, wall cladding, reception desks, fixture packages, and specialty fabrication. Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Associate who will assist with the daily operations of our warehouse, including loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, preparing deliveries, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities Load and unload lumber, panels, and millwork products Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries Organize and store materials in designated locations Prepare products for delivery or production use Assist drivers with order staging and vehicle loading Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse Support inventory counts and stock rotation Perform basic quality checks on materials Use hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Familiarity with building materials or millwork is an advantage Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team setting Willingness to learn and take direction Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified) Ability to work overtime as needed Salary Information To the extent this position is performed in Ronkonkoma, New York, the anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $17.00 - $21.00. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs.
