$21.40/hr Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Forklift Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating material handling equipment, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with company policies. Read and interpret technical documents and inventory records. Accurately pick, pack, and move inventory to designated areas. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors. Complete documentation and record-keeping using basic computer applications. Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Assist with inventory counts and stock organization. Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, and repetitive tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer literacy. Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
