Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for our South Dayton, NY client. Our client is looking for a Warehouse Associate. Must have a clean drivers license and be comfortable driving a box truck. Hours are 7-3:30 M-F no weekends. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be between our main plant and the warehouse, ensuring that raw materials arrive for production safely and finished products are staged and loaded for transport. Key Responsibilities Transport raw materials and finished products efficiently between the main plant and the warehouse Load trucks with finished products and unload incoming raw materials into designated storage zones Organize and stage completed products in the warehouse to streamline outbound shipping workflows Inspect and verify all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods against shipping documentation to ensure accuracy Keep precise paperwork and update inventory regularly Qualifications & Requirements Experience operating a forklift Previous Warehouse experience Valid Driver's License Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and time manage Why Join CCW? 401(K) with competitive company matching Dental and Vision insurance Company-sponsored life insurance Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)

Pay Range:

$18-$22 per hour depending on warehouse, shipping, inventory, and material handling experience. Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on performance and responsibilities.
