We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our shipping and receiving operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that keeps things moving efficiently, this role could be a great fit. What You'll Do In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include:

Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy against packing slips Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and branch transfers for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Label, stage, and organize outgoing shipments Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling and system updates Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Complete shipping/receiving paperwork with attention to detail Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

You are 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to follow procedures and safety guidelines Valid NYS driver's license (must be maintained throughout employment) A commitment to uphold Haun values: Helpful, Humble, Heart-driven, and Honest Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs Ability to operate production equipment, hand tools, and machinery safely Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to safely navigate the production areas, including stairs, platforms, and workstations Perform work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive production environment including exposure to industrial conditions including heat, cold, noise, and varying temperatures Required PPE and adherence to strict safety procedures Haun Welding Supply & Specialty Gases is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
