Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our distribution operations forward! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling—all while contributing to a fast-paced logistics operation that keeps products moving seamlessly. Duties Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery or storage, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct stock replenishment and stocking activities to maintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouse zones. Support shipping & receiving operations by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, damages or discrepancies, and documenting transactions. Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on heavy machinery and small equipment. Follow OSHA safety standards diligently while handling materials and operating equipment to promote a safe work environment. Collaborate with Project manager to improve distribution processes and optimize workflow efficiency. Experience Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly. Experience working under OSHA guidelines to ensure safety protocols are consistently followed.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
