FieldBridge is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Tallmadge, OH to work for a global energy technology company. We offer weekly pay + benefits. Pay is $20 - $22/hour | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $22/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,210 gross.

High School Diploma or GED required. IATA and DOT certifications preferred but not required.

Position Overview:

FieldBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of domestic and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, pack, label, and process domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Receive incoming materials, inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition, and complete proper documentation Load and unload freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment Support hazardous material and air freight shipping activities in compliance with IATA and DOT certifications Utilize SAP and other systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and track shipments

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or material handling operations Working knowledge of packing, loading, shipping, and receiving processes IATA certification and experience with hazardous air shipments preferred DOT shipping knowledge and experience with road/trucking regulations Ability to read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and safety procedures Basic math, computer, and record-keeping skills
