About the Role We're hiring a Warehouseman to support our warehouse operations by efficiently receiving, storing, and distributing building materials. This is a hands-on, active role that involves operating forklifts, working with concrete forming systems, and keeping inventory organized and accurate. You'll also interact directly with customers, ensuring their orders are fulfilled safely and correctly. What You'll Do Unload materials from flatbeds, box trucks, and other vehicles Load customer orders onto trailers and vehicles Pull orders and process returns for concrete forming systems Clean forms, accessories, and organize inventory Safely operate forklifts (6,000+ lb capacity) Manage and transfer stock, including brick cubes, rebar, wire mesh, and pipe Interpret product labels and accurately fulfill orders Maintain an organized warehouse and outdoor yard Communicate clearly and courteously with customers Perform miscellaneous tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, painting, and cutting rebar Support the team with flexible hours, including outside normal business hours What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of work experience (construction-related experience preferred) Forklift experience with heavy materials Ability to lift 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance) Able to climb ladders, stand for long periods, and work indoors/outdoors Familiarity with concrete materials is a plus Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork Customer service skills and a professional attitude What We Offer Competitive Benefits Package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, and additional leave options Life Insurance (Company Paid) and Disability Coverage Employee Assistance Program and other wellness benefits Safety Allowances for shoes and glasses after 6 months YMCA Membership at no cost for employees Join our team and be part of a company that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth!
