Job Description
- General Laborer
- Manufacturing
- Near Ashland, OH | $16/hour | Full-time | Multiple Shifts Available We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who are ready to jump into a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and want steady work with overtime opportunities, this could be a great fit. ### What You'll Do
- Stand and move for 8-10 hour shifts in a production setting
- Perform general labor tasks that include lifting, bending, squatting, turning, and loading/unloading materials
- Keep workstations, shelves, and pallet areas clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment
- Stay flexible and move between tasks or areas as needed to keep production running smoothly
- Work in a team-oriented, high-energy factory setting ### Schedule Options
- 1st
Shift:
- 7:00 a.m.
- 3:00 p.m.
- 2nd
Shift:
- 3:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m.
- 3rd
Shift:
- work Monday-Thursday
- 8:30 p.m.
- 6:30 a.m.
- Overtime can occur on all shifts ### Pay & Growth
- $16.00 per hour
- starting pay
- Raises and performance evaluations every 6 months
- Opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the plant ### What We're Looking For
- Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lift, bend, squat, turn, etc.)
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check (no sex offenses or violent convictions; other issues reviewed case by case)
- Must be drug-free
- Preferred
- High school diploma or GED (recommended but not required)
- At least 1 year of previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Experience working with production equipment or in a factory setting is a plus ### Work Environment & Dress Code
- Factory setting outside of Ashland, Ohio
- Jeans or work pants (shorts must have at least a 7-inch inseam)
- Steel-toed boots or shoes required
- T-shirts okay — no tank tops
- No jewelry of any kind while on the floor
- Lockers and locks provided
