as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse operations. Duties Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and packaging materials. Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and proper handling procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or MRP platforms. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to prevent discrepancies and support inventory accuracy. Assist in shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and communicating effectively with team members across departments. Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order fulfillment and inventory adjustments. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is desirable. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; familiarity with AS400 or similar ERP systems is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics operations, and trade compliance standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
