Warehouse Team Member Experience is not required. A dependable attitude is. We are looking for people who show up on time, work hard, learn quickly, and help their teammates succeed. We are a hands-on, "get it done" company. Some days you may be picking and packing orders. Other days you may be receiving inventory, preparing garments, running embroidery equipment, or helping complete a large customer project. Everyone is expected to pitch in where needed and take pride in doing the job correctly. What You Will Do Depending on the needs of the day, your responsibilities may include: Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders Use a warehouse computer system to process orders and print shipping labels Receive incoming merchandise and accurately record quantities Inspect products and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Prepare garments and other merchandise for decoration Operate embroidery or other production equipment after training Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance Package products neatly, accurately, and according to customer requirements Assist with inventory counts, kitting projects, and special orders Troubleshoot routine problems and ask for help when needed Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Support other departments and teammates when priorities change What We Expect Reliable attendance and punctuality A positive, team-first attitude Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the workday Strong attention to detail Clear verbal and written communication Ability to work independently after training Comfort using computers, scanners, and basic warehouse technology Ability to stand and move for most of the shift Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds Flexibility to shift between warehouse, production, and project work What Success Looks Like Successful team members do not need to know everything on their first day.
