Hour Shift:
Sunday Thursday, 8:00 PM 4:30 AM Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Night Shift Warehouse Clerk to support overnight warehouse operations. This role is primarily office-based, with approximately 99% of the time spent in an office environment. Occasional trips into the warehouse may be required to investigate invoice discrepancies, verify inventory, or inspect products. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for supporting route operations, managing inventory shortages, processing documentation, running reports, and ensuring accurate route closure at the end of each shift. Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel Word Teams Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours Key Responsibilities Shift Support Communicate route audit findings and customer routing checklist updates. Create and generate route maps as needed. Read, review, and communicate shift updates throughout the night. Run operational and performance reports as requested. Shorts Management Group and batch product shortages (shorts). Research short labels for substitutions and alternative products. Communicate live product shortages to the management team. Verify out-of-stock inventory by taking photos of empty locations before warehouse personnel conduct inventory checks. Maintain and update shortage volume information throughout the shift. Route Closing Process and account for out-of-stock items before closing routes. Review all routes to ensure shortages have been addressed and catch weights are accurate. Ensure all assigned routes are properly closed before the end of the shift. Documentation Administrative Support Email warehouse out sheets, force-in sheets, and other required documents to appropriate departments at the end of each shift. Print and distribute invoices and transportation paperwork. Upload accountability and operational documents to Microsoft Teams and shared files. Maintain internal documentation and assist with employee write-ups and other administrative records as needed. Work Environment Primarily office-based role (approximately 99% office work). Occasional warehouse floor visits may be required to verify inventory, investigate invoice issues, or inspect products. Overnight schedule in a distribution or warehouse support environment. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and reports, and confident using Microsoft Office applications. They are dependable, organized, and capable of maintaining accuracy while supporting critical overnight operations.Benefits
