Warehouse Moving Specialist

We're seeking a Moving Driver Specialist who is passionate about handling unique treasures with the utmost care, providing excellent customer service, and ultimately, driving the EBTH experience for our valued sellers and buyers. Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with some weekend projects from time to time.

Core Responsibilities Driving:

Safely operate moving trucks (non-CDL or CDL depending on size) to transport goods between locations.

Loading/Unloading:

Professionally lift, move, pack, and unpack furniture and boxes, ensuring items are secured.

Customer Service:

Act as the lead for client communication, providing professional service and addressing concerns.

Logistics & Documentation:

Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, manage inventory checklists, and handle customer payments.

Damage Prevention:

Utilize protective equipment (pads, shrink wrap, dollies) to prevent damage to belongings and property.

Requirements & Qualifications Driver's License:

Valid license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record).

Physical Strength:

Ability to lift heavy items, often exceeding 75-100 pounds, throughout the day.

Experience:

Previous experience as a mover or in the moving industry is preferred.

Professionalism:

Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude. Typical Working Environment Physically demanding, working in various weather conditions. Involves working in residential homes and commercial buildings.
