Full Job Description Location:

| Cuyahoga Falls, OH | 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) Mach3 Machine is a large precision machining company and a 100% employee-owned organization. We are currently seeking a General Laborer to support shop operations through material handling, shipping/receiving support, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This is an entry-level, hands-on opportunity for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and an interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing.

Essential Functions:

Keep work areas and the manufactuing plant clean and organized. Contributes to team effort by collaborating and supporting the team on projects. Regularly loads and unloads trucks with parts and materials. Assist with general building maintenance and upkeep. Support team members and contribute to overall shop efficiency. Deliver and pick up parts from suppliers or other shops when required.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, required. Ability to read and follow instructions. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail.

Be Smart Grow & Learn Physical Requirements:

Position requires physical capability which includes standing most of the time, some lifting to 25 to 50 pounds, and pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching as needed. Standard shift is ten hours per day, with steel-toe boots and safety glasses required

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
