Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations during the evening shift, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse maintenance. Duties Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed (training provided if necessary) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies Ensure all safety protocols are followed during daily operations Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors Skills Ability to work effectively during the 2nd shift hours (typically evening hours) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing Good physical stamina for lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift Basic organizational skills and ability to follow instructions Effective communication skills for teamwork and safety procedures Willingness to learn new processes and operate warehouse equipment safely Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required This position offers an hourly wage of $18-$19 per hour, providing a stable opportunity for those seeking evening employment in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
