Apply Description Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC a world class supplier of power generation services, parts and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who has a desire to join a growing organization and an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work. MD&A is seeking mechanically experienced candidates for General Labor-2nd shift to join the Bearings, Seals and Hydraulics Division located in Euclid, Ohio. In this role you will assist in different areas of the Operations in various duties; including but not limited to casting, deburring and cleaning of parts, and support shop where needed. Ideal candidates will be organized and detail oriented. With the ability to follow work instructions and directives from leadership. Requirements Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to use and operate various air driven tools such as die grinders, impact wrenches, needle scalers. Follow instructions from more experienced employees to operate machines, hold or supply materials and tools, and load and unload items from machines as necessary. Ability to operate industrial equipment such as overhead cranes, furnaces, spin machines, metal melting equipment, and lift trucks. Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with minimal guidance. Support all areas of the shop as needed. Recent vocational school graduate a plus Key requirements include physical stamina, lifting ability (often up to 50 lbs), and strict adherence to safety protocols
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working machine shop and casting ovens Required Preventative protection gear required (steel toed boots, glove, safety glasses) Exposure to loud noises, oven temperatures of 475° plus, heavy equipment and materials. Standing for 10+ hours on concrete floors. Uniforms are provided Overtime will be required in peak seasons (Spring and Fall) including weekends. Hours could to 50+ hours weekly.
