Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery. Your energy and attention to detail will help us meet customer expectations and maintain efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, utilizing inventory management software. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date. Organize warehouse space by stocking shelves, arranging pallets, and managing storage areas to optimize workflow and safety standards. Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating shipping & receiving activities, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Support warehouse distribution efforts by participating in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits to uphold accuracy. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to operate forklift trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records. Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
