Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to support high volume warehouse operations for leading e commerce and light industrial clients. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and label orders, stage and load outgoing shipments, and help maintain inventory accuracy. You'll use scanners and basic warehouse equipment while meeting productivity and quality metrics. Working in a fast paced, people first environment, you'll collaborate with a diverse team, follow strict safety standards, and play a key part in delivering on time, error free orders for customers. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners Verify order accuracy against packing lists and shipping documents Stage, load, and unload shipments safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5 S standards Follow safety procedures and use required PPE at all times Track inventory movements and report discrepancies promptly Meet productivity, quality, and on-time shipping goals Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues Assist with returns processing and restocking as needed Required Skills Order picking and packing Shipping and receiving Warehouse management systems (WMS) RF/scanner operation Inventory control Basic computer skills Pallet jack operation Labeling and documentation Quality control checks Workplace safety compliance
