ABOUT US
Katie's Snack Foods is an 85+ award-winning, USDA-inspected (EST. M45526) food production company. We make premium beef jerky and snack products in a clean, climate-controlled, 100% gluten-free facility. This is NOT a hot warehouse — it's a professional food production environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Package beef jerky and snack products Label, box, and prep orders for shipping Help with production tasks (mixing marinades, loading dehydrators) General warehouse cleanup and organization
WHAT YOU NEED
Able to lift 50 lbs Able to stand for several hours Show up on time and ready to work No experience needed — we train you
PAY:
$12.00/hr
HOW YOU GET PAID
$12/hr on real W-2 payroll. Weekly paycheck, every Friday, direct deposit or paper check — your choice."But other places pay cash same-day..."Yeah, let's talk about that. Those daily-pay apps (DailyPay, Branch, Earnin) charge you $3-$6 every time you pull your money out early. Sounds small. It's not.

Say you work 5 days, 8 hours a day. That's $480 for the week.

Daily pay with fees: $96/day minus $3 fee = $93 in your pocket. $93 x 5 days = $465.
Our weekly paycheck:
$480 minus taxes (~15%) = $408 take-home. No fees. No tricks. Yours.

The daily-pay version? After taxes hit at tax time (and they will — the IRS doesn't forget), you'd net about $390. You paid $15 in fees AND still owe taxes. You lost money twice.

We run clean payroll. Taxes are handled. You get a real pay stub. You can file a normal tax return. No surprises in April.

We do weekly pay because waiting two weeks is a long time when you're working hard. We can't do same-day — that's not how legal payroll works for anybody — but one week is the fastest we can run it right.
