They must be able to lift, bend and reach repeatedly. Must exhibit good math skills. Must be quick to catch on. In addition, must be self-motivated, able to follow instructions as they are given, a team player who can work with all levels within the Company organization with a great attitude. This position is not a job for someone who is unable to multi-task, or unable to adapt to an ever changing environment.
