Site Tour:
Required Job Description We are looking for a reliable Baler/Sorter to work in our recycling and production area. The job includes sorting materials, operating the baler and shredder, and keeping the work area clean and safe. Job Duties Sort good and damaged product.
Feed materials into the shredder for recycling.
Operate the baler and shredder.
Follow production orders and instructions.
Read waste and bale tickets.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Wear required PPE and follow safety rules.
Report unsafe conditions or equipment problems.
Work safely and efficiently. Requirements Able to lift 30-50 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods.
Able to bend, twist, kneel, push, and pull.
Able to follow safety instructions.
Able to identify good and damaged product.
Able to read and understand basic production instructions.
Reliable and willing to learn.
