Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring reliable Warehouse Associates to join a busy warehouse team in Lebanon, OH. This is a physically demanding position in a hot warehouse environment . The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift, and able to perform repetitive tasks. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent 1st shift Monday-Friday schedule , with the potential for overtime and pay increases after being hired on permanently. Responsibilities Stack cardboard and other warehouse materials throughout the shift Break off and remove excess pieces of cardboard Perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work as part of a team to meet daily production and warehouse goals Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred Must be comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment Must be able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required Must be able to follow directions and safety procedures Must be willing to work occasional Saturday overtime Physical Requirements Ability to perform repetitive stacking and material-handling tasks Ability to bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods Must be comfortable working in a warm/hot warehouse environment Ability to safely handle cardboard and warehouse materials IND2
