Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Laborer Reports to:
Plant Manager General Description:
Responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred. Previous experience with forklift operation preferred.
Specific Accountabilities:
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, purchase orders, and/or customer specific work instructions, and inspect goods for damage or defects. Accurately record all received items in the inventory management system (either NCT's internal system or a customer driven system) and ensure proper storage in designated areas. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders and shipping requirements. Prepare outgoing shipments by performing a dock audit inspection on product and documenting findings. Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Generate shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs paperwork, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Communicate with internal stakeholders, including production, sales, and customer service teams, to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shipping and receiving area, adhering to safety, environmental and quality standards. Assist with other warehouse duties, such as stocking production line, organizing storage areas, and operating material handling equipment, as needed. Assist with production operation of packaging, such as reviewing product prints and any packaging requirements and relaying to production personnel to assist in proper packaging of finished product. Work closely with the QMS/EMS Representative to ensure adherence to all applicable requirements (including statutory and regulatory).
