WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing orders for shipment including parcel, LTL, and truckload shipments
• Loading and unloading of trucks using forklift or pallet jack
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the shipping and receiving area
• Perform other duties as assigned Work Requirements
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certificate
• Ability to understand, read, and follow instructions in the English language
• Ability to interact with peers in a positive, professional and productive manner
• Experience with parcel and LTL shipping and receiving preferred
• Must know how to use a pallet jack and forklift
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to read, write, and have good communication skills
• Must be able to pay attention to detail and have good decision-making abilities
• Must be able to work independently Physical Requirements
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Must be able to perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
• Able to bend, stand, and walk the entire shift.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift items ranging from 10-36 lbs.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Staging boxes onto skids and wrapping/moving skids.
• Steady fast-paced lifting
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.

m. - 4:30 p.m.
