Responsibilities Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and organization using warehouse management systems Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials Assist in shipping and receiving processes by preparing shipments, verifying orders Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, pulling orders, and preparing items for shipment with attention to quality and safety standards Conduct heavy lifting and materials handling tasks while adhering to OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders accurately through order picking, packing, and order fulfillment procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to optimize workflow and safety protocols Skills No experience necessary . we will train
