The team makes custom metal and plastic parts for a range of industries, so you'll get hands-on experience with different projects in a clean, organized facility. What you'll do Grind and finish metal parts Assemble products using hand and power tools Assist with saw and press brake work Inspect parts and assemblies for quality Move between projects as production needs change What we're looking for At least 6 months of relevant experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, assembly, machine operation, or a similar hands-on role Experience using hand and power tools Ability to follow instructions, check your work, and maintain quality while meeting production goals Willingness to learn new tasks and help in different areas of the shop Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at times Steel-toe boots Overtime may be available based on production needs.
