General Labor/Mixer - 4-Day Work Week $16/hour | Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (Potential overtime available Fridays) Join our team as a General Laborer/Mixer and enjoy a steady schedule with a 3-day weekend most weeks! You'll assist in batch preparation, material handling, and packaging while keeping production running smoothly. What You'll Do Prep and clean up mixing batches Move materials to staging areas for production setup Clean mixers, parts, and mixing cans according to procedures Assist with labeling, packaging, and material handling Work under the guidance of senior operators to ensure consistent, accurate production What We're Looking For Ability to read, write, and do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Able to follow written and verbal instructions (SOPs, batch records, policies) Good interpersonal skills to work well with others Dependable and eager to learn Why Join Us 4-day work week - long weekends!
