Warehouse & Operations Assistant

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Assistant to support our warehouse and purchasing operations and help keep our team running efficiently. Position Overview This role is essential to maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse and supporting daily operations. You'll work closely with our warehouse manager to prepare materials, manage inventory, and ensure everything is ready for upcoming projects. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do

• Warehouse & Material Support Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations Pull and stage materials for upcoming projects Verify all materials match job requirements before they leave the warehouse Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments Job Preparation & Documentation Prepare and organize job folders and project packets Print contracts and assemble documentation for upcoming jobs Create and organize job sleeves for field teams Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate Inventory & Purchasing Support Track inventory levels and maintain accurate counts Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage Communicate low-stock items to the warehouse manager/purchasing team Assist with keeping materials aligned with project needs Warehouse Organization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Ensure materials are easy to locate and properly stored Support overall efficiency of warehouse operations What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to lift and move materials as needed Team player with good communication skills Warehouse or inventory experience preferred Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to become certified Why Join Otterly Baths?
