CQL Mfg. LLC is looking to add General Laborers to our Team. General Labor Positions We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers . These positions support daily manufacturing and production operations and may involve working in different areas of the facility as needed. Responsibilities Perform general production and manufacturing duties. Load and unload parts, materials, containers, and equipment. Operate basic production equipment after proper training. Inspect parts for obvious defects or damage. Package, stack, sort, and move finished products. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies. Complete production paperwork or basic job documentation as required. Assist machine operators and other departments as needed. Perform other duties assigned by supervision. Qualifications Dependable and able to maintain good attendance. Willing to learn and take direction. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Must be able to work safely and maintain a productive pace.
