Full-Time Position Summary A growing, nationwide building supply distributor is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Order Picker to join its busy warehouse team. This position is approximately 50% forklift operation and 50% order picking. The ideal candidate has previous forklift and warehouse experience, is dependable, and can accurately read and follow work orders and pick sheets. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage building materials Pick and prepare customer orders using work orders and pick sheets Locate and pull correct products and quantities Stage materials for shipment or customer pickup Load and unload trucks as needed Verify products and quantities for accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Follow all company safety procedures Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Requirements Previous forklift operating experience required Previous warehouse or material handling experience Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders and pick sheets Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment Why Join This is a great opportunity to join an established, growing company with locations throughout the country.
