We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to work within our Sterling Heights locaton. The ideal candidate will provide practical assistance and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities. Duties may vary. This is a first shift/ days position Primary Responsibilities

Loading and unloading materials, tools, equipment etc.

Light preventative maintenance.

Cleaning of equipment, machines, facility, including but not limited to trash, debris, and other waste.

Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor stacks.

Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures.

Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.

Operating tools as needed.

Assisting different members of the operations team.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 40 pounds)

Good hand eye coordination

Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus

Great attention to detail and a results driven approach

Outstanding communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety rules and compliance standards
