Warehouse & Delivery Technician Position Purpose The Warehouse & Delivery Technician supports day to day operational flow at HH Muffler by receiving incoming deliveries, stocking and organizing inventory, loading over the road routes, performing warehouse inventory checks, and running the local delivery route. This role requires strong accuracy, physical capability, and the ability to learn HH Muffler's parts, materials, and warehouse management system. Core Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain organized warehouse aisles
• Perform routine warehouse inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Learn and use HH Muffler's warehouse management system for: o Inventory lookups o Stock adjustments o Part identification o Order staging
• Assist with loading over the road routes (Out of State Routs)
• Stage local delivery orders behind the correct truck
• Support shop operations as needed (moving materials, organizing parts, etc.) Local Delivery Route
• Run the daily Tulsa-area delivery route
• Verify all parts and materials before loading
• Deliver items to customers with professionalism and accuracy
• Obtain signatures and complete delivery confirmations
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle
• Communicate delays, customer issues, or route changes immediately Required Skills & Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds consistently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn automotive parts, exhaust components, and materials
• Ability to learn and use HH Muffler's warehouse management system
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured processes
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience
• Automotive parts delivery
• Warehouse or inventory experience
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with Tulsa metro roads and traffic patterns Work Environment
• Split between warehouse operations and local route driving
• Frequent lifting, bending, carrying, and organizing parts
• Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities based on shop flow Compensation Package Hourly Pay Range $16.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience and capability. Included Compensation Elements
