Handle chemicals directly and move them throughout the warehouse and storage areas as needed. Operate pallet jacks to move large materials safely through the facility. Correctly store chemicals and other materials in their designated locations, ensuring all labeling processes are followed. Apply First In, First Out (FIFO) practices by monitoring labels and expiration dates on all stored materials. Maintain accurate manual paperwork and documentation for received, stored, and used materials, demonstrating strong attention to detail. Communicate effectively within a team environment, including using pass-down notes to share information between shifts. Follow all defined processes and standard operating procedures to ensure safety and quality. Support inventory control activities, including tracking, counting, and organizing materials. Assist with loading, shipping and receiving, picking, packing, and material staging as needed. Work at a pace that supports the workflow of other departments and helps maintain overall production efficiency. Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations promptly to supervisors. Work in and around cleanroom-adjacent areas, loading docks, and chemical storage areas while adhering to all safety and PPE requirements. Essential Skills Proven experience in material handling or logistics, preferably in a warehouse or chemical handling role. Demonstrated ability to work comfortably with and around chemicals for an entire shift while wearing required PPE. Strong understanding of the First In, First Out (FIFO) process for managing stored materials and expiration dates. Ability to follow strict, detailed processes, written procedures, and verbal instructions accurately. Proven ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, including use of pass-down notes between shifts. Capability to walk, lift, and move materials for the majority of a 12-hour shift. Experience with inventory control activities such as receiving, loading, shipping, picking, packing, and stocking. Reliability and attention to detail when completing manual documentation and labeling. Ability to collaborate as a team player and coordinate tasks with peers and supervisors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a semiconductor, cleanroom, or chemical storage environment. Experience operating pallet jacks and working in shipping and receiving areas. Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking and control. Work history in forklift operation or loading dock work. Experience with packing, picking, and inventory management processes. Successful completion of reference checks with a previous lead or supervisor. Why Work Here?
