Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operator to join our client's site in Allentown, PA. This role will support the shipment of customer orders by selecting, checking, and packing items according to current procedures and guidelines. It will also process inbound shipments by unpacking and restocking products.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Pull materials accurately and neatly from stock areas for customer orders, use equipment appropriate to the order's size and weight, and stage completed orders in the appropriate area. Check chemicals, catalog numbers, lot numbers, special requests, unit sizes, and weights against order documentation. Pack items according to established procedures and hazardous materials regulations, apply required labels and markings, and stage finished boxes for metering and shipment. Receive products and unpack shipments for put away. Keep workstations, stock locations, and packing materials clean, organized, and safely stored; pick up trash and debris. Maintain and audit shelves to confirm inventory and correct product locations. Use SAP to inventory, order, receive, and store needed materials. Maintain exemplary attendance and adhere to the schedule. Perform miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Picking and packing experience. Ability to read, hear, speak, and understand English, with written and oral communication skills. Ability to operate an RF scanner, pallet jack, selecting carts, packing equipment, cutting instruments, PCs, and printers. Ability to perform the physical activities specified in the description, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds unassisted and moving more than 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to meet the specified vision requirements and use phones, computers, monitors, office equipment, and a keyboard.
