Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to ensure seamless warehouse functions. Duties Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment utilizing RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and ensuring proper stocking procedures. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies or issues related to shipping & receiving. Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards and packaging guidelines. Support warehouse operations by participating in regular safety inspections and maintaining a clean work environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not required. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment. Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting customer service efforts. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
