About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in ensuring operational excellence by maintaining complex production machinery. You will utilize your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability, directly impacting our facility's production output. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs, including lubrication, component inspection, and vibration analysis to ensure peak equipment performance. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions to restore production capabilities rapidly. Interpret technical schematics, manuals, and blueprints to perform precise installations and repairs on diverse industrial equipment. Manage boiler operations to maintain required steam pressure and ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term reliability solutions. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately to maintain detailed equipment history logs. Coordinate with external vendors and technical support teams to source specialized components and resolve complex technical issues. Required Skills Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and diagnostic testing equipment. Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documentation and electrical diagrams. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and automated conveyor systems. Experience with steam systems and high-pressure boiler operations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, continuous-improvement culture.
