The role In this key role the General Labor is responsible for General shop clean up Organization of yard material Loading, unloading, cleaning, blasting and moving material involved in the aftermarket repair of equipment and components The flexibility to conduct shift work is required The ability to work overtime as required

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of related experience with industry specific equipment is required Must be able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, stand for extended periods, and safely use tools and service equipment. Strong commitment to safety, customer service, teamwork, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement. You must be able to follow instructions and complete work in a safe and timely manner The flexibility to conduct shift work is also required Overtime is required as needed Skills and Competencies Ability to work as part of an integrated team Self-motivated Demonstrate effective active listening skills Great customer relations skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
