Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, conducting regular inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies through data entry and inventory management practices. Support e-commerce order fulfillment processes by packaging products securely for delivery while ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing. Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits to optimize warehouse distribution operations. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and ensuring timely processing of orders. Follow safety procedures during all warehouse activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP platforms) and inventory management software is essential. Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Strong data entry skills coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for record keeping and reporting purposes. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
