Job Description:
Warehouse associate We are seeking a diligent, coachable, and highly motivated individual who has the passion and experience for Trade Show Exhibit installation. Our team is set apart from other event companies by the way we create an encouraging team environment while holding the team to high standards that are required by our exclusive clients. In this role, you will be working in a team environment to setup, prepare, ship, receive and inspect custom trade show exhibits. There will also be a need to travel to show sites throughout the US to manage the installation at tradeshows. Job Duties 1.Exhibit Prep:
Unpack exhibit materials and follow instructions to build various exhibits Note and report damage and/or fit and finish issues Help address any client issues during client previews Train clients how to install and dismantle exhibit as needed Re-pack the exhibit to assure it will ship safely with no damage Travel to show site to provide support as needed 2.Outgoing & Returning Orders:
Plan asset and confirm inventory Ensure all pieces are properly packed and labeled Load order onto shipping trucks Unload delivery trucks Check items back into inventory per Exhibit force Document damage, missing items, or other issues Repack exhibit and return to storage locations Label each item and move to inventory location Skills Required Strong Service Mentality- Responsive, positive and proactive in anticipating service needs Communications
- Able to write proficiently and communicate verbally effectively Problem-solving

- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds Equipment
- Must be able to operate fork lift Mechanical Aptitude
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read CAD drawings Previous work experience in trade Shows and warehouse service role preferred Working hours
- : Full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
