• minimum skills and knowledge of a General Laborer.
• Minimum skills needed; the ability to read a tape measure, knowledge and use of power tools, and communication. Strong technical and a mechanical aptitude required. Previous experience in general construction, home building, mechanics, electrical, and plumbing a plus.
• Must have a strong work ethic and report to work daily.

Manufacturing company in Fayette County is in need of general and/or skilled laborers. Company will require background checks (including present and former employers, personal references, criminal justice agencies, departments of motor vehicles, schools, licensing agencies, and credit reporting agencies) and drug testing. Responsibilities include cutting, packaging and assembling materials to ensure a quality product is produced. Other duties include gathering materials, setting up machines, interpreting cut sheets, and quality control paperwork to validate orders. Must be able to work at a fast pace, work in a team environment, and have the ability to perform repetitious work. Must have current driver's license and reliable transportation.
