Must be flexible to work all shifts Must-Have Qualifications Heavy industrial experience Forklift experience (approx. 10% of role; training provided if needed) High school diploma or GED (required for mill location) Key Responsibilities Perform general manual labor in a paper mill environment Clean and maintain work areas (sweeping floors, picking up paper, shoveling) Use hand tools and assist with handling chemicals safely Operate core cutting machine to cut cores Use forklift to move paper, empty dump hoppers, and transport rolls/pallets Support other general utility and labor tasks as assigned Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot, cold, and dirty environments Ability to read a tape measure Strong focus on safety and quality Team-oriented with good communication
