Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts; site provides recertification. Support logistics, production planning, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. Process freight invoices and maintain accurate ERP records. Experience with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred. Work effectively with internal departments, vendors, customers, and other locations. Strong focus on safety, quality, customer service, and productivity. Responsibilities Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts safely. Process and approve freight invoices through a third-party system. Code invoices and upload them into the ERP/SAP system. Support production planning based on workload. Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts. Unload incoming shipments and receive goods into the facility. Run daily shipping orders and establish daily tasks. Enter information into SAP to close completed orders. Prepare export, hazardous material, and international shipping documents. Communicate with vendors, customer service, and other client locations. Handle freight claims and coordinate resolutions. Coordinate preventative maintenance of equipment. Support internal and external customer needs and expectations. Requirements 1-3 years of relevant experience. Forklift experience preferred. Experience with logistics, freight, booking, shipping, or receiving. SAP/ERP experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull as required. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Must be comfortable working in a safety-sensitive environment. Steel-toed boots required; provided by site. Safety glasses and other PPE provided by site. Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00
