• MUST be willing to travel to Columbus Ohio Hotel lodging
• employee pays $100 a week Transportation
• must have reliable transportation to Columbus Ohio as well as to work site and back to hotel Shift details to be determined, $21 per hour You must be able to remain on assignment for the full duration of the project (approximately 6-8 weeks)

Order Picker/Packer Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers/Packers to join a fast-paced distribution center team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick customer orders using RF scanners and/or pick lists. Pack products according to company standards to ensure accurate and damage-free shipments. Label, sort, and prepare orders for shipping. Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines. Meet daily productivity and quality goals. Assist with inventory control and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and scanner experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. #INDYK
