Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our dynamic team! Duties Assist with manufacturing tasks by preparing materials, loading, and unloading equipment or supplies Perform heavy lifting safely to move raw materials or finished goods throughout the facility Use of shop equipment (e.g. grinders, cranes, hoists, power tools, etc.) Follow strict safety standards in production areas, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Support machinery setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient environment Experience Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
