Job Summary:
This position is responsible for operating all energized and non-energized Forklift and Palletizing equipment including Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Palletizing Robot and shrink wrap machines. Ensure efficient operation of equipment as well as maintaining all paperwork accurately. This position also is responsible for moving/Jockeying trailers in and out of doors as needed (non-CDL). Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure quality and efficiency standards are being met. Job:
Responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack and count product. Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped per load sheets in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers Operate and be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of company motorized equipment Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage, reporting any quality issues Complete forklift inspection prior to shift with accurate documentation Maintain clean and organized area. Maintains communications within team ensuring smooth shift transitions Pick and load outbound trucks Unload and put away inbound trucks Monitor raw packaging material and supplies to ensure it is supplied in an efficient manor to support production. Support additional area warehouses as required Move trailers in and out of docking areas as directed safely Perform proper pre-operation inspections and follow company guidelines to ensure vehicle and trailer are in safe operating condition. Complete all paperwork accurately and submit it promptly. Report unsafe conditions in docking areas and parking areas. Remove snow from trailers and other equipment during inclement weather. Check trailer temperatures as needed. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. Performs other duties as assigned.

Follows all plant/warehouse safety rules Reports all accidents/incidents to the supervisor
Quality:
Adheres to all Quality Assurance System guidelines Follows SOP's on truck inspection for loading and unloading Must adhere to and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) Responsible for accurate documentation

Qualifications:
Work weekends and holidays as needed/scheduled Works with minimal amount of supervision Team player Good past work history Good attendance Able to stand for long periods of time Able to climb off and on forklift on a regular basis Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Package integrity Communication Clean driving record Pass drug screen and background check
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma, or GED Warehouse experience 1-3 years related experience in a food grade facility 1-3 years of RF scanner 1-3 years Stand up forklift 1-3 years Jockey experience CDL or
NON - CDL
Ability to crank landing gear on trailers
