$20.80 per hour Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to specifications. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Read and follow work instructions and production schedules. Label, package, and organize finished products. Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Operate basic warehouse equipment safely. Keep work areas clean and comply with all safety standards. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, production, assembly, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
