Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Job Description We are hiring 3rd Shift Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone with production, manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience who is looking for a clean work environment, steady hours, training, and opportunities for advancement . Production Workers will help prepare materials for production, load paper spools used to manufacture disposable wipes, maintain inventory, perform quality checks, and keep production areas clean and organized. Responsibilities Load paper spools into production equipment for conversion into disposable wipes. Prepare and stage materials needed for production. Keep production and warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized. Remove cardboard, trash, and production materials from work areas. Perform basic quality inspections on finished products. Use an RF scanner for inventory movements, barcode scanning, and stock checks. Maintain accurate inventory counts and paperwork. Assist with packaging, repackaging, and labeling products. Inspect equipment and report defects or maintenance concerns. Support production lines with materials as needed. Assist with basic preventative maintenance. Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements. Perform additional production and warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred. Material handling or machine operating experience is a plus. Comfortable working around production equipment. Ability to use an RF scanner or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate paperwork and inventory counts. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. Ability to work the full 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM overnight shift . Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of McElhattan, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
