$19.00/hour

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Keep Our Distribution Center Running Safely & Efficiently! We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Warehouse Utility & Sanitation Associate to support daily operations within our fast-paced distribution center. This is not a traditional janitorial position. You'll work directly on the warehouse floor helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized distribution environment. Your primary responsibilities will include removing trash and recycling, operating compactors and material-handling equipment, sweeping warehouse areas, and performing general facility upkeep. What You'll Do Work independently to maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse Empty trash cans, containers, and large waste hoppers Sort and separate trash, recycling, and cardboard Operate a cardboard baler Operate trash and recycling compactors Use a walkie stacker and pallet jack to move materials Sweep warehouse floors and maintain clean work areas Clean windows and other designated areas as needed Clean and maintain tape machine brushes Remove cardboard and other packaging materials from work areas Help keep aisles, workstations, and common warehouse areas clean and organized Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues Assist with picking, packing, receiving, and general warehouse duties when needed Follow all warehouse safety and operating procedures What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, sanitation, janitorial, custodial, utility, or distribution center experience preferred Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Experience using a pallet jack or walkie stacker is a plus Experience with cardboard balers or compactors is a plus Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning and general warehouse duties Comfortable standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Willingness to assist other warehouse departments when needed Why You'll Love Working Here Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan Onsite cafeteria and gym Attendance bonus opportunities Stable, hands-on warehouse environment Ready to Apply?
