Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately stocked, organized, and prepared for distribution. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely and efficiently. Receive and process incoming stock and material Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and storage practices. Pick and fill orders from stock Pack and ship orders accurately and on time Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as needed. Fabricate or build pallets for shipping as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic math and reading skills Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
